Well I have my first display done! Probably not as impressive as a lot of the displays that you will find, but something that I am proud of and can say "Hey, I did that". I started way too late in the season to try and do this, but ended up with a lot of lights and several songs sequenced to music for my first attempt.
This was certainly a learning year doing this and has taught me many things about outdoor animated lighting. Next years display will be above and beyond this one for sure. I have had a blast doing this and continue to do so as I look forward to next year and the improvements and additions that are to come.
So feel free to browse around the site and check things out. I have loaded some photos into the 2008 Photos directory and hopefully soon I will get some videos compiled and set up on here as well.
Thank you for visiting and watch out for me next year. This is way too much fun!!!
A special friend
I would like to ask that you also remember the other great and beautiful creatures that God placed on this earth with us during your holidays. People may be the only creature that we think of in our day to day lives sometimes, but there are many others that need a helping hand from time to time as well.
This little girl was rescued after her mother had been trapped and removed from a camp. Without help she would have starved to death; a long and painful suffering. Certainly not a very fitting end for such a beautiful animal. But with love, caring and good food she has survived and comes by to visit and eat and let me know she is okay. She is one of my very special friends that comes to visit.
Please consider a donation to a local wildlife rehabber if you can find it in your heart to do so. They receive no money for their work from any sources except donations. Rehabbing one little one like this can cost hundreds of dollars for food, medicine, toys (it keeps them entertained and happy), bedding, caging, etc..

At the very least you can visit the animal rescue site by clicking the link below and help by providing some food for needy animals. It is free to click on the link on that site and will help provide food for an animal in need. Every little bit helps!
I can't think of any better way to show my appreciation during the holidays for ALL God's creatures, great and small than by helping the ones that can't help themselves.
Thank You.
